Boarding Policy

***Please Read Carefully***

All animals entering our kennel must be current on the following vaccinations:

Dogs:

  • DHPP (Distemper, Parvo, Hepatitis)
  • Bordetella (Kennel Cough)
  • Rabies

Cats:

  • HCP (Rhinotracheitis, Calici-Panleukopenia)
  • Bordetella
  • Rabies

All animals will be checked for fleas and ticks upon arrival. Any animal having fleas and/or ticks will be immediately treated with Capstar at the owner’s expense so that our boarders do not become infested.

Your pet(s) will receive a complimentary bath, at our discretion, after staying 4 nights or longer.

If an animal should get sick while boarding, it will be treated and the owner contacted as soon as possible. Payment for this service must be made when the animal is released.

Pickup times are during regular hospital hours or Sunday at 5:30 pm. You must prepay for this service and you will be charged for Sunday night. Holiday pickups and Sunday pickups on or during a holiday weekend are not allowed. If we choose to offer a 5:30 pm pickup on a holiday, you will be charged for that night and you must prepay for this service as well.
