At Town and Country Animal Hospital, we recommend that all pets be vaccinated according to the guidelines set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). Puppies and kittens should begin their vaccinations at 6-8 weeks of age, and boosters should be given every 3-4 weeks until they are 16 weeks old. Adult dogs and cats should be vaccinated annually.
